Our standard DPA is designed to be compatible with GDPR, UK-GDPR, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA, and other major privacy frameworks. For jurisdictions with specific requirements, we can provide supplementary addenda. Where an international transfer requires Standard Contractual Clauses, the applicable instrument is agreed and executed in the contract; no SCC instrument is executed by default.
