Historical uptime data and SLA performance for all CUBE OneCare services. All percentages are calculated from continuous monitoring with no third-party dependency.
Every service snapshot is classified into one of four categories. These classifications drive dashboards, alerting, and SLA calculations.
All services running within SLA targets. No customer-impacting incidents recorded during the period.
Elevated latency or reduced throughput detected but no complete service loss. Error budgets consumed partially.
One or more non-critical components unavailable. Core patient and provider workflows remain functional.
Scheduled downtime communicated at least 72 hours in advance. Maintenance windows do not count against SLA calculations.
Aggregate availability percentages computed from per-minute health checks across all production services. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from calculations.
Actual availability measured against contractual SLA targets for each service tier. Performance is evaluated on a rolling 30-day window.
Published status records are derived from verified monitoring evidence. No availability metric or SLA breach result is published until its supporting evidence is available.
SLA breach events, when recorded, are retained for at least seven years. Retention follows the documented evidence policy mapped to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls; this mapping is not a certification claim.
