Enterprise audit-log events can be SHA-256 chained and the chain verified to detect modification. The module is not enabled in the running product; the PHI access log is insert-only at the database.
The enterprise audit-log module can export events in JSONL or CSV for ingestion into a log platform of your choice. The export is not exposed in the running product today.
Query events by action type, actor, resource, date range, and decision. Results include full chain metadata for forensic analysis.
SSO, SCIM, data access, grants, NDA, exports, configuration changes, domain events, and storage operations are all captured with structured metadata.
